JOB DESCRIPTIONS


Program Coordinator
The Program Coordinator is responsible for the planning, organizing, developing, and directing the overall individuals programs and progress including assessment, training, medical and behavioral interventions. The Program Coordinator provides direction, guidance, supervision and training to employees and respect to individual programs, which must be followed by the employees. The Program Coordinator will report to the Executive Director.

Workshop Supervisor
He/she must maintain a highly effective woodworking program by assessing, planning, coordinating, implementing, supervising and evaluating the program. Also involves training and supervising individuals and heavy production in the workshop setting. The Workshop Supervisor will report to the Executive Director.

Activity Centre Supervisor
He/she must maintain a highly effective Activity Program by assessing, planning, coordinating, implementing, supervising and evaluating of the programming, training and supervision of individuals and light production in the Activity Centre setting. The Activity Centre Supervisor will report to the Executive Director.

Recycling Centre Supervisor
He/she must maintain a highly effective recycling program by assessing, planning, coordination, implementing, supervising and evaluating the program. Training and supervision of individuals within the recycling setting is required. The Recycling Centre Supervisor will report to the Executive Director.

Group Home Support Staff
Undertake daily operation of a group home through the provision of appropriate care, required supports, nutrition, recreation and training to participants. He/she must maintain a clean, orderly and safe home for participants. You are to implement Individual Program Plans and necessary behavioral programs. The Group Home support staff will report to the Executive Director.

Enhancement Staff
The Enhancement Program is designed to assist and support individuals with one to one or two to one interaction activities. The Enhancement Worker will provide opportunities to individuals to grow, learn and play in one's  community and surrounding area. The Enhancement Worker will report to the Executive Director.

Supportive Living Staff
The Independent Living Program is designed to assist and support individuals in learning the skills necessary to set up and maintain an independent living    style in their home. The Supportive Living Supervisor will report to the Executive Director.
